David Grey is the founder of Marvelous Records, an independent record label dedicated to discovering and developing the next generation of artists. Born and raised with a deep passion for music, David first entered the industry as a recording artist, earning attention from radio stations and record labels in 2019.
As his career evolved, he realized his greatest passion wasn’t being in the spotlight, it was building careers behind the scenes. Inspired by the creative and business side of the industry, David shifted his focus to artist development, branding, marketing, and creating opportunities for emerging talent.
Through Marvelous Records, David is committed to helping artists reach their full potential by providing the tools, guidance, and vision needed to build authentic, long-lasting careers. His mission is simple: create great music, develop great artists, and build a legacy that extends beyond the records.
Carl Olympio is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of Marvelous Records, leading the label’s visual identity, creative direction, artist development, and production vision. With a background in photography, cinematography, editing, branding, and event production, Carl brings a full creative ecosystem to every artist he works with — from music visuals and rollout concepts to stage presence, image-building, and long-term storytelling.
Driven by a sharp eye for aesthetics and a hands-on approach, Carl helps shape Marvelous Records into more than a label: a creative house where sound, visuals, branding, and culture move together. His role bridges the studio, the camera, and the strategy behind each release, making sure every artist under the Marvelous Records umbrella has a distinct world, identity, and direction.
At the core of Carl’s work is a belief that talent needs structure, vision, and presentation to truly break through. Through Marvelous Records, he is building a platform for emerging artists to grow with intention, quality, and impact.
